How to Order

Placing orders, online, is quick and easy, but you must first set up an account.In addition to simply placing orders, you will be able to generate and save quotes, calculate shipping charges, and process claims.

Forms of Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. Sorry, No CODS or Will Call allowed. All orders will be shipped only after payment is received and successfully processed.

Shipping / Delivery

Most Unassembled orders will delivered in 10-25 business days. Assembled orders will be delivered in 3-6 weeks. Orders are process as they are received and we do not currently offer a “rush” option.

While many orders will arrive in less than 10 business days, we cannot guarantee delivery dates or times and delivery dates that we provide are estimated. After the order leave our warehouse, we DO NOT take any resposbilty for the delaied delivery cause by thrid party carrier. Any delivery issues, please contact the LTL carrier that we provided.

Mandatory Receiving Requirements for LTL or UPS Deliveries

Step 1: Check skid and loose piece count on Bill of Lading (BOL)/Delivery Receipt(DR), and match it to the actual amount of skids and loose pieces onthe pallet.

Step 2: Visually check pallet for damage. IMPORTANT: If the boxes appear to be damaged, take close-up and wide-angle photographs of the damage.

Step 3: Check packing slip (located on shrink-wrap of pallet) against the actual items on the pallet. Item numbers are located on the outside of each box.

Step 4: Make appropriate notes on the BOL/DR. If something appears to be missing:

*Make a note on all copies of the BOL/DR that lists the items that are missing.

*If there appears to be damage to the product or the boxes, make a note on all copies of the BOL/DR that states: Box Damage/Product Damage.

Step 5: Sign the Bill of Lading (BOL)/Delivery Receipt (DR). Keep one copy and save it for future reference, if needed.

All orders will be shipped with ground freight.

You will receive a tracking number by email the day after the order has shipped.

All destinations must be tractor/ trailer accessible. Delivery locations located in residential areas will be considered residential regardless of business classification.

For Residential Deliveries (if available) - The freight company will contact you 24 hours in advance to schedule delivery (usually a 3-4 hour window).

Shipping charges cover one delivery attempt. The customer is responsible for additional charges including but not limited to shipping, handling, and storage for delivery failure due to action or inaction of the customer.

The driver isonly responsible for placing the pallet on the ground for residential deliveries with lift gate services.

If items are missing or visibly damaged, inform the driver and have them make a note on the bill of lading. If possible, take pictures of the pallet before unwrapping and unloading. Photograph any other visible damage.

Do not reject damaged items. Follow instructions below.

Refusal or Order

We reserve the right to refuse any order, at any time, for any reason. Paid orders that have been refused, will be refunded.

Warranty Policy

We offer a lifetime limited warranty.

nuformcabinetry.com warrants to the original consumer purchaser that our cabinetry, door hinges, and drawer glides will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use (Proof of Purchase is required). This warranty is not transferable and only applicable to product used for residential purposes.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage or defects caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, or lack of necessary maintenance; nor does it cover alteration, modification, improper installation, improper handling / storage, environmental conditions, nor any labor expenses.

nuformcabinetry.com, at our option, may elect to repair or replace, with a functionally equivalent product, any nuformcabinetry.com product covered by this warranty. Some replacement parts are subject to availability and may differ from original parts received. Return of defective product may be required for a replacement to be issued. Repair parts or replacement parts are at the expense of nuformcabinetry.com, but customer shall bear all other expenses. These expenses may include, but are not limited to, cost of removal and re-installation of product, labor expenses, etc.

Just as no two trees are alike, no two pieces of wood are alike. The variation in color and grain pattern in wood adds to its natural beauty and is not considered an imperfection. Environmental factors, including but not limited to artificial/natural light, moisture, cleaners, smoke, etc., may cause the darkening or mellowing of a cabinet over time. This is a natural process and can be expected. This warranty does not cover the natural aging or darkening/mellowing of wood color, the inherent growth characteristics of, or variation in wood.

Some of the cabinet lines feature a glazed finish which accentuates the door and drawer front profiles. This glaze is hand applied over a stain or paint and may, due to the nature of application, consist of random drips, runs, etc. As glazing is a hand applied process there will be variations in color and appearance from door to door and cabinet to cabinet. This is not considered a defect and is considered normal with hand applied finishes. It is the nature of wood to expand and contract to varying degrees depending on climate conditions. As a result, cabinet lines with painted surfaces may show fractures in the paint at joints. This is normal and is not considered a defect.

This warranty is valid only in the United States of America and Canada and is not transferable. All implied warranties are limited in duration to the shorter of the period provided by law or the period of this warranty. To the extent permitted by law, this warranty excludes special, incidental, or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitations of incidental or consequential damages or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may have other rights which vary from state to state.

Claims can be filed by selecting “Claims” on the homepage of your account.

Concealed Missing, Damaged, or Defective Parts Policy

Claims due to defects in material or workmanship, damage occurring during shipping, and/or items missing from shipment will be accepted up to 5 business days from the date of delivery.

Please keep in mind that pictures of each shipment are taken at the warehouse before they are loaded onto the truck. If damage is found, pictures will be required to file a damage claim.

Be sure to review the entire shipment before submitting your claim considering the fact that claims will only be approved within a certain time frame as stated above. For example, if your order contains multiple items that may be subject to damage, be sure they are all reported at once. Do not wait to report further damage as time progresses as your time frame may expire and we will only cover one shipping fee for replacement items.

No parts will be replaced free of charge without a sales order # and photos to support your claim. Photos submitted must be clear so we’ll be able to determine the damage suggested. This will consist of close-up and wide-angle pictures. Please note if your cabinets are already assembled your claim will be denied. Also, consider that more photos may be requested if we need further details to complete your claim. Once finalized we may elect to replace the damaged part instead of the entire item. You may be required to return the defective item in order for a replacement to be issued.

Claims can be filed by selecting “Claims” on the homepage of your account or you can send your claim directly to [email protected]. Please include:

Once we notify you that your claim was received, it will take us up to 72 hours to review and approve the replacement.

Return Policy

Returns will be accepted for 30 days from date of purchase.

All items returned must be in original, unopened packaging. Therefore NO RETURNS ON ASSEMBLED CABINETS.

No returns will be accepted on trim, mouldings, panels, or fillers.

A restocking fee of 25% will be charged for all returned items.

Customer is responsible for arrangement and payment of return shipping to the warehouse.

Any items returned in damaged or open packaging or in any condition that would be considered unsellable will not receive credit and will not be returned to the customer. Unsellable condition will be determined at our discretion.

All returns must be authorizes and RMA (return merchandise authorization) must be issued prior to returning items.

All the refund is ONLY eligible to the original card that customer used to make the purchase. We are NOT able to refund credit to any other card customer provides.

Changes to Orders

Once your order is placed, changes cannot be made. Additional items must be processed as a new order.

Cancellation

Orders that are cancelled before they are shipped will be charged a 10% processing fee. Orders that are cancelled after items have been picked and placed on pallet(s) will be charged a 25% restocking fee. Orders cancelled after they have been shipped will be handled as a RETURN.
